We would like to convey our thanks to everyone for donating in memory of Melvin to aid us in our work at The Donkey Sanctuary. We are very grateful to everyone for remembering Melvin in this way. We care for over 5,000 donkeys on a daily basis on Sanctuary farms in the UK, Ireland and Europe and this will also enable us to give comfort and medical aid to others less fortunate through our international projects and partners. Our thoughts are with you all.

What can I say - I no longer feel complete. Hera keeps me going but wears me out! Everything seems wrong, home is empty as is my heart. Why did you have to go so soon. I miss you so, so much. Sleep tight my love xx
